ACLS Provider
The ACLS Provider Course provides the knowledge and skills needed to evaluate and manage the first 10 minutes of an adult ventricular fibrillation/ventricular tachycardia arrest. Providers are expected to learn to manage 10 core ACLS cases: a respiratory emergency, four types of cardiac arrest (simple VF/VT, complex VF/VT, PEA, and asystole), four types of prearrest emergencies (bradycardia, stable tachycardia, unstable tachycardia, and acute coronary syndroms) and stroke.
PREREQUISITE: Qualified health care provider with the ability to interpret EKGs and with knowledge of core cardiac medications. Must complete precourse material included in the text book (required to purchase text book in advance).

The ACLS Renewal Course is for seasoned ACLS providers who wish to renew their provider status.
PREREQUISITE: Current (non-expired) AHA ACLS card in hand on the day of class. Must complete precourse material that will be emailed approximately 1 week prior to class

CPR Provider
The BLS Healthcare Provider Course teaches CPR skills for helping victims of all ages (including doing ventilation with a barrier device, a bag-mask device, and oxygen); use of an AED; and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (FBAO). It's intended for participants who provide health care to patients in a wide variety of settings, including in-hospital and pre-hospital.
PREREQUISITE: Qualified Health Care Provider

CREDIT: 3 hours CEs for prehospital personnel only
FEES: $50.00 (free to Inland Empire AMR employees)
CPR Recert
The CPR Renewal Course is for seasoned BLS Healthcare Providers who wish to renew their certification.
PREREQUISITE: Current (non-expired) AHA CPR card in hand on the day of class
DRESS CODE: Long pants, closed-toed shoes

CREDIT: 3 hours CEs for prehospital personnel only
FEES: $30.00 (free to Inland Empire AMR employees)
PALS Provider
The goal of the Pediatric Advanced Life Support Course is to provide the learner with: 1)Information needed to recognize infants and children at risk for cardiopulmonary arrest. 2)Information and strategies needed to prevent cardiopulmonary arrest in infants and children. 3)The cognitive and psychomotor skills needed to resuscitate and stabilize infants and children in respiratory failure, shock or cardiopulmonary arrest.
PREREQUISITE: Qualified health care provider with the ability to interpret EKGs and with knowledge of core cardiac medications. Must complete precourse material included in the text book (required to purchase text book in advance)

PALS Recert
The PALS Renewal Course is for seasoned PALS providers who wish to renew their certification.

PHTLS Provider
This is the "core" course of PHTLS instruction. It is designed to provide the prehospital care provider with knowledge and skills for the prehospital assessment and care of the trauma patient.
PREREQUISITE: EMT, Paramedic, or other qualified healthcare professional. Must complete precourse material that will be emailed approximately 1 week prior to class

PHTLS Recert
The PHTLS Renewal Course is for seasoned providers who wish to renew their certification.
PREREQUISITE: EMT, Paramedic, or other qualified healthcare professional with a current (non-expired) PHTLS or ITLS card in hand on day of class. Must complete precourse material that will be emailed approximately 1 week prior to class

EMT Skills Competency Verification
This course meets the requirements for Skills Competency Verification during EMT recertification for all counties in California. This course does not meet the ARC Paramedic requirements for ICEMA.
