ICEMA Annual Review Class (ARC)

This course is designed by ICEMA and is a requirement for Paramedics and MICN's certified within the ICEMA Region. This course must be taken each calendar year, and during the year in which your certification expires prior to recertification. For example: If you expire in July 2011, you must have an ARC in 2010 and another in 2011 prior to July. If you have any questions regarding recertification, reference protocol 1060 or contact ICEMA (www.sbcounty.gov/icema)

This course is desgiend by ICEMA and is a requirement for Paramedics and MICN's within the ICEMA Region. Per protocol, 6 hours of FCA must be completed during each certification period. Spanish for EMS

This course is designed to teach a basic comprehension and understanding of sepaking Spanish pretending to EMS. You will learn basic introductions, name, numbers, months, billing Q/A, basic antatomy and EMS terms to help guide you in communication to a Spanish Speaking Patient.

This course id designed to provide students with the knowledge and an understanding of the types of street drugs and designer drugs EMS personnel may encounter during patient care. This will give each student a better understanding of the signs and symptoms along with the proper treamtent for the patient that may be using these substances.
