- PALS
- The goal of the Pediatric Advanced Life Support Course is to provide the learner with:
1. Information needed to recognize infants and children at risk
for cardiopulmonary arrest.
2. Information and strategies needed to prevent cardiopulmonary
arrest in infants and children.
3. The cognitive and psychomotor skills needed to resuscitate
and stabilize infants and children in respiratory failure, shock
or cardiopulmonary arrest.
Prerequisites: Qualified health care provider with the ability to interpret EKGs
AMR Inland Empire Employee Fees: Free (if required for job classification)
Client Fees: $60.00 (materials fees)
Public Fees: $150.00 (inclusive)

- PALS Recert
- The PALS recertification course is for seasoned PALS (or PEPP) providers who wish to renew their certification.
Prerequisites: Current PALS (or PEPP) card in hand on the day of class
AMR Inland Empire Employee Fees: Free (if required for job classification)
Client Fees: $40.00 (materials fees)
Public Fees: $100.00 (inclusive)

- Please bring completed pre-test with you at the beginning of the class. Non AMR employees will pay $40. This includes all materials.

- 07/27/2009 PALS Recert @ NCTI- Riverside (0930-1530)
- This is Pediatric Advanced Life Support RENEWAL course. This course will NOT be at Riverside Main. This course will take place at NCTI Riverside. NCTI's address is:

You must have a current PALS Provider card to take this course - you need to bring it with you the day of the course; a PEPP Provider is NOT accepted (there is no longer a PEPP to PALS crossover). There are precourse materials that MUST be completed prior to this course, they will be sent out via email wherevever possible - please register with a reliable email address.
